How long does WhizzFlow take to set up for a team?

Do drivers have to press "start trip" every time they drive?
No. WhizzFlow uses GPS and motion sensors to auto-detect when a driver starts and stops. Trips are captured in the background — drivers focus on their work, not their mileage. They can review and classify trips at the end of the day or week.
How do manager approvals work?
Drivers submit their monthly claim in one tap. The claim routes to their assigned manager, who reviews the trip list, receipts, and total amount, then approves or requests changes with a comment. Approved claims flow to payroll or accounting; drivers see the status in real time.
Can we set custom mileage rates by driver, vehicle, or trip type?
Yes. WhizzFlow ships with your country's official rates preloaded, and you can add rates per vehicle type (car, motorcycle, bicycle), trip type (business, commute, client visit), distance band, and even engine size or fiscal horsepower for countries that require it. Rates apply automatically to every trip.
