Our Story
WhizzFlow started with a question that many business owners in the UAE and Denmark have asked: "Why isn't there a simple tool that tracks my team's mileage, scans their receipts, manages invoices, calculates reimbursement according to local tax rules, and lets me approve everything in one place?"
Existing tools were either too expensive, too complex, or designed for a single country. They didn't understand that a company in Dubai might have drivers submitting fuel receipts in Arabic, while the same company's Copenhagen office needs SKAT-compliant kørselsgodtgørelse rates.
So we built WhizzFlow — simple enough for a freelancer, powerful enough for a fleet manager. Now with AI chat, voice input, CO₂ tracking, a mobile app, and exchange rates from the ECB.
