Our Story
WhizzFlow started with a question that many business owners in Denmark have asked: “Why isn’t there a simple tool that tracks my team’s mileage, scans their receipts, manages invoices, calculates reimbursement according to SKAT rules, and lets me approve everything in one place?”
Existing tools were either too expensive, too complex, or built somewhere with different data rules. A Copenhagen office shouldn’t have to accept that its fuel receipts, payroll, and trip records are processed on servers half a world away.
So we built WhizzFlow — simple enough for a freelancer, powerful enough for a fleet manager. Fully GDPR-compliant, data hosted in EU regions, support from Denmark and the EU. Now with AI chat, voice input, CO₂ tracking, a mobile app, and exchange rates from the ECB.
