Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card, no trial period, no feature limits on the core mileage tracker. Every individual gets automatic GPS tracking, receipt scanning, reports, and full access to both the mobile and web apps at no cost. We only charge for team and enterprise features.
How is the Team plan billed?
Per driver, per month, billed annually. You can start with a 30-day free trial — no card required — and only pay for drivers who actually use the app. Add or remove drivers at any time; billing adjusts on the next cycle.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Team or Team to Enterprise at any time from the app. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data stays intact through any plan change.
What counts as a "driver" for the Team plan?
Any user who logs at least one trip in a given month. Admins, managers, and inactive users don't count. If a driver takes a month off, you're not billed for them that month.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. Registered non-profits, schools, and public-sector organisations get discounted per-driver pricing on the Team and Enterprise plans. Contact us with your organisation details for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, SEPA direct debit for European teams, and invoicing with 30-day terms for Enterprise customers. VAT is added where applicable.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel your Team or Enterprise plan from the admin panel at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your data remains available for export.
